- Take the plates off before the day if you can, it changes the crew size
- Find the assembly manual or the model number
- Measure the doorway and the stairwell, gym gear is wider than it looks
- Confirm the destination floor can take a concentrated load

how we protect it
Protection goes down before anything is lifted: runners on the floor, jamb protectors on every door on the route, guards on corners and railings. The item is blanket wrapped, then shrink wrapped over the blanket so the wrap never touches a finished surface, then strapped to a dolly or skate sized for it. Fitness equipment is stripped down to what fits the route rather than muscled through whole: plates off, uprights separated, consoles wrapped separately so a screen never travels against a frame.

How much does fitness equipment cost?
One flat rate, written down before anything moves. A coordinator reads what you send, sizes the crew and the equipment, and sends one number. Nothing is due up front: you pay after you have walked the rooms with us.
How many movers turn up?
Whatever the piece needs, and it is named in your quote before you book. Two for a single item with a clear path, four or more when it takes muscle. The rate does not change because the job turned out to be hard.
What if the access is difficult?
Send photos before the day. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do, and a coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done.
Can you come today?
Sometimes. We hold crews back for same day work. Call or text (877) 657-0555 rather than filling in the form, because a person can staff it faster than an inbox can.
