Here is how gym buildout delivery actually runs with us, written out before you call rather than explained on the day. A coordinator surveys the job, we put one price in writing, we protect the route and the piece, we photograph condition before the first lift, and we place everything where you want it.

What is included
- Disassembly at the pickup and reassembly at the drop

How to prepare
- Take the plates off before the day if you can, it changes the crew size
- Find the assembly manual or the model number
- Measure the doorway and the stairwell, gym gear is wider than it looks
- Confirm the destination floor can take a concentrated load
How we protect it
Protection goes down before anything is lifted: runners on the floor, jamb protectors on every door on the route, guards on corners and railings. The item is blanket wrapped, then shrink wrapped over the blanket so the wrap never touches a finished surface, then strapped to a dolly or skate sized for it. Fitness equipment is stripped down to what fits the route rather than muscled through whole: plates off, uprights separated, consoles wrapped separately so a screen never travels against a frame.

Tell us before the day and send photos. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do. A coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done, and the quote reflects the real route rather than a guess.
