Last mile delivery and installation, under your name

Your customer meets our crew, so the delivery is part of your product. We book the time with your buyer, arrive in the window, protect the route, place the piece where they want it, assemble or install it, take the packaging with us, and send you the condition record. Flat rate per drop, invoiced on your terms.

Opening an account takes about twenty minutes and you can book a delivery the same day. There is nothing to install and no contract to sign before your first job.

Trusted by retailers across New York

Furniture and vintage dealers, showrooms, appliance and fitness retailers, auction houses and estate sales. Independent shops with one van of stock a week and showrooms shipping every day, on the same rate card and the same handling standard.

White glove by default

Not an upgrade, and not a line item

A condition record every time

Photographed at the door, sent to you

One flat rate per drop

Agreed up front, not quoted each time

A named coordinator

A person, not a support queue

Last mile delivery

Scheduled windows, live coordination, and a condition record on every drop, delivered under your brand.

White glove installation

Placement, assembly, levelling, and packaging removal, so the customer sees a finished room rather than a box.

Recurring contracts

Fixed weekly or daily capacity with flat rate per drop and a named coordinator on your account.

Showroom and warehouse moves

Floor resets, stock relocations, and full site moves scheduled outside trading hours.

Returns and haul away

Take the old piece out on the same visit. Usable items are refurbished and resold rather than landfilled.

We deal with your customer, so your team does not spend the week on it

Hand us the order and the rest is ours: booking the slot, asking the access questions, keeping your buyer told, and putting every update back into whatever you already use.

We book the time with your buyer

Say the word and we contact your customer directly, offer the windows we have, and confirm the one they pick. You see the booked slot on your order without chasing anybody.

We check the access before the day

Stairs, lifts, doorways, loading restrictions and building certificates of insurance. The questions that turn into a failed delivery get asked while there is still time to answer them.

We keep everyone told

Your customer gets the window, a heads up on the day, and a message when the crew is close. You get the same updates on your order and a condition record when it is done.

It comes back into your system

Every status change is pushed to your store or your software as it happens, so your team reads one screen rather than emailing us to ask.

Send us orders the way you already work

Pick one now and change your mind later. Nothing here is a commitment, and none of it has to be ready before your first delivery.

Ready the day you open the account

Your portal

Sign in and fill a short form. We price it in front of you before you commit, and nothing needs setting up.

Shopify, WooCommerce, Square and the rest

Your store

Connect your shop and a delivery is raised the moment a customer buys, with the size and weight already on it.

For whoever looks after your software

Your systems

A documented API with test keys, so an order placed in your own system arrives here without anybody rekeying it.

Open an account in about twenty minutes

Six short steps, saved as you go, so you can stop halfway and come back to the same place. You do not need to know what anything weighs.

  1. Confirm your detailsWe fill this in from what we already have. Most shops read it and click on.
  2. Tell us who does whatWho sends orders, who gets the invoice, who we call if something goes wrong on the day. One person can be all three.
  3. Where we collectYour shop or warehouse, with the access notes a crew needs. Add as many as you have.
  4. What you sellUpload a spreadsheet, connect your store, or tell us the size when you book. All three work, and the third is a real answer.
  5. How orders reach usThe portal is ready immediately. Store app or API whenever you want them.
  6. Go liveSet a password and book your first delivery the same day.

Business accounts

how a business account works

How is a business account different from booking each job?

One coordinator on your account rather than a queue, agreed rates per drop type instead of a fresh quote every time, consolidated invoicing on your terms, and held capacity on the days you actually ship. Nothing about the handling standard changes.

What kinds of businesses do you run for?

Furniture and appliance retailers, auction houses and estate sales, gyms and studios fitting out, property managers turning units, and offices relocating. If the delivery ends inside a customer home, that is the part we are built for.

Can you do white glove delivery for our customers?

That is the default rather than the upgrade. Protection down before the first lift, placement in the room of choice, assembly and levelling done, and the packaging leaves with the crew rather than sitting in your customer's hallway.

How do recurring routes work?

Fixed weekly or daily capacity at a flat rate per drop, with the same crews where we can hold them, so your customers get a consistent experience rather than whoever was free.

What do you need from us to start?

A sense of volume, the kinds of items, the markets you ship into, and any access conditions that repeat. A coordinator builds the rate card from that and we run a first job before anything is signed.

How long does opening an account take?

About twenty minutes, in six short steps that save as you go, so you can stop halfway and come back to the same place. You can book a delivery the same day you finish.

We do not have weights or dimensions for our stock. Is that a problem?

No. Upload a spreadsheet with whatever you have, connect your store, or tell us the size when you book. A vintage dealer with one of a kind pieces will always use the last one and it prices exactly the same. We never hold up a delivery over a missing measurement.

Will you arrange the delivery time with our customer?

Yes, if you want us to. We contact your buyer directly, offer the windows we have, confirm the one they choose, and ask the access questions that otherwise turn into a failed delivery. The booked slot appears on your order without you chasing anybody.

Can this connect to our shop or our own software?

Three ways. The portal needs nothing set up and works the day you open the account. A store connection for Shopify, WooCommerce or Square raises the delivery when a customer buys. And there is a documented API with test keys for your own systems. Status changes come back to whichever you use, so nobody emails us to ask where something is.
