Washer and dryer removal
Here is how washer and dryer removal actually runs with us, written out before you call rather than explained on the day. A coordinator surveys the job, we put one price in writing, we protect the route and the piece, we photograph condition before the first lift, and we place everything where you want it.

What is included
- Removal from anywhere in the property, not just the curb
- Flat rate quoted in writing, nothing due up front
- Floor and doorway protection on the way out
- Sorting for reuse, donation, or disposal
- Disposal receipts on request
What is not included
- Hazardous material: paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos, chemicals, medical waste
- Anything requiring a licensed abatement contractor
- Demolition or fixture removal
- Vehicles or anything with a title
How to prepare
- Separate anything you are keeping and label it clearly
- Tell us about anything heavy so the crew and truck are sized right
- Confirm access for the truck, especially for a full load
- Point out anything you would rather see reused than crushed
How we protect it
Removal still runs to the same standard on the way out: runners down, jambs protected, nothing dragged across a floor you are leaving behind. Furniture and appliances in usable condition are kept, cleaned, repaired where repair is worth doing, and resold or donated. Only what cannot be used goes to disposal.
Crews on this work have completed the Common Movers Certification, including the property protection and specialty handling modules. Read the curriculum.
washer and dryer removal, answered
How much does washer and dryer removal cost?
One flat rate, written down before anything moves. A coordinator reads the photos and the two ZIP codes, sizes the crew, and sends one number. Not a range and not an hourly meter. Nothing is due up front: you pay after you have walked the rooms with us.
What if the access is difficult?
Tell us before the day and send photos. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do. A coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done, and the quote reflects the real route rather than a guess.
Can you do it today?
Sometimes. We hold crews back for same day work. Call or text (877) 657-0555 rather than filling in the form, because a person can staff it faster than an inbox can.
