Sauna moving and delivery
Here is how sauna moving and delivery actually runs with us, written out before you call rather than explained on the day. A coordinator surveys the job, we put one price in writing, we protect the route and the piece, we photograph condition before the first lift, and we place everything where you want it.

typically around
$925
Ranges from deliveries we have already done. Every job is priced by hand once we know the route, the stairs and the piece.
What is included
- Site survey with gate width, grade, and turn radius measured before we accept
- Spa dollies, skates, and rollers sized for the shell
- Crew of four or more where the piece needs it
- Flat rate quoted in writing, nothing due up front
- Placement onto a prepared pad or base
- Condition photographs before the first lift
What is not included
- Electrical connection, which needs a licensed electrician
- Plumbing, filling, or chemical startup
- Pad, base, or deck construction
- Crane work, quoted separately through a rigging partner
How to prepare
- Measure the narrowest point on the route, usually a side gate, and send a photo
- Have the pad or base finished and cured before the delivery date
- Drain the shell completely and disconnect it in advance if it is a move rather than a delivery
- Confirm the grade: a slope changes the equipment and the crew size
How we protect it
Protection goes down before anything is lifted: runners on the floor, jamb protectors on every door on the route, guards on corners and railings. The item is blanket wrapped, then shrink wrapped over the blanket so the wrap never touches a finished surface, then strapped to a dolly or skate sized for it. A spa moves on its side on dollies, never dragged and never tipped onto the plumbing. The cabinet corners are the failure point, so they are wrapped and the shell is carried on the frame.

sauna moving and delivery, answered
How much does sauna moving and delivery cost?
One flat rate, written down before anything moves. A coordinator reads the photos and the two ZIP codes, sizes the crew, which is usually 4 for this, and sends one number. Not a range and not an hourly meter. Nothing is due up front: you pay after you have walked the rooms with us.
How heavy is it, and how many people does it take?
Around 600 lb is typical, at about 72 × 48 × 78 in. We staff and equip it for that weight, with the specialty gear the piece needs. An hourly clock and the bare minimum of hands is how this job goes wrong.
Does it have to come apart?
Usually yes, and that is included rather than charged as an extra. It is taken apart, the fixings are bagged and labelled, and it goes back together in the room of choice before the crew leaves.
What if the access is difficult?
Tell us before the day and send photos. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do. A coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done, and the quote reflects the real route rather than a guess.
Can you do it today?
Sometimes. We hold crews back for same day work. Call or text (877) 657-0555 rather than filling in the form, because a person can staff it faster than an inbox can.
What is not included with sauna moving and delivery?
