Restaurant equipment moving and delivery

Here is how restaurant equipment moving and delivery actually runs with us, written out before you call rather than explained on the day. A coordinator surveys the job, we put one price in writing, we protect the route and the piece, we photograph condition before the first lift, and we place everything where you want it.

What is included

  • Site walk before the date, with a written plan and a crew size
  • Out of hours and weekend scheduling to avoid trading time
  • Labelled, sequenced loading so the reinstall follows a plan
  • Flat rate quoted in writing, nothing due up front
  • Floor and lift protection on the shared route
  • Reassembly and placement to a floor plan you supply

What is not included

  • Electrical, data, or plumbing disconnection and reconnection
  • IT equipment configuration
  • Certificates of insurance filed without advance notice
  • Disposal of confidential material, which needs a certified shredding vendor

How to prepare

  • Send a floor plan for both ends, even a rough one
  • Confirm dock access, lift dimensions, and any building COI requirement early
  • Have staff clear personal items and label their own boxes
  • Name one person on site who can make decisions on the day

How we protect it

Protection goes down before anything is lifted: runners on the floor, jamb protectors on every door on the route, guards on corners and railings. The item is blanket wrapped, then shrink wrapped over the blanket so the wrap never touches a finished surface, then strapped to a dolly or skate sized for it. Commercial work runs to a sequence: what comes off last goes on first, everything labelled by destination, so the reinstall is not a puzzle at 6am.

Crews on this work have completed the Common Movers Certification, including the property protection and specialty handling modules. Read the curriculum.

Before you call

restaurant equipment moving and delivery, answered

How much does restaurant equipment moving and delivery cost?

One flat rate, written down before anything moves. A coordinator reads the photos and the two ZIP codes, sizes the crew, and sends one number. Not a range and not an hourly meter. Nothing is due up front: you pay after you have walked the rooms with us.

What if the access is difficult?

Tell us before the day and send photos. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do. A coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done, and the quote reflects the real route rather than a guess.

Can you do it today?

Sometimes. We hold crews back for same day work. Call or text (877) 657-0555 rather than filling in the form, because a person can staff it faster than an inbox can.

What is not included with restaurant equipment moving and delivery?

Electrical, data, or plumbing disconnection and reconnection. IT equipment configuration. Certificates of insurance filed without advance notice.
