Mirror hanging
Here is how mirror hanging actually runs with us, written out before you call rather than explained on the day. A coordinator surveys the job, we put one price in writing, we protect the route and the piece, we photograph condition before the first lift, and we place everything where you want it.
What is included
- Placement in the room of choice, positioned where you actually want it
- Assembly, reassembly, and levelling
- Unboxing and full packaging removal
- Condition documentation before and after
- A walkthrough with you before the crew leaves
What is not included
- Electrical, plumbing, or gas work that requires a licensed trade
- Wall or ceiling mounting into unknown substrate without prior agreement
- Calibration of equipment requiring a manufacturer technician
- Storage, unless arranged as a separate booking
How to prepare
- Decide the final position, including which wall the piece faces
- Clear and clean the spot before we arrive, since we place onto it directly
- Have any hardware or instructions that came separately
- Tell us if the floor is being refinished, so we schedule around it
How we protect it
Protection goes down before anything is lifted: runners on the floor, jamb protectors on every door on the route, guards on corners and railings. The item is blanket wrapped, then shrink wrapped over the blanket so the wrap never touches a finished surface, then strapped to a dolly or skate sized for it. White glove is the part after the truck, so the protection stays down until the last box leaves with us.
Crews on this work have completed the Common Movers Certification, including the property protection and specialty handling modules. Read the curriculum.
mirror hanging, answered
How much does mirror hanging cost?
One flat rate, written down before anything moves. A coordinator reads the photos and the two ZIP codes, sizes the crew, and sends one number. Not a range and not an hourly meter. Nothing is due up front: you pay after you have walked the rooms with us.
What if the access is difficult?
Tell us before the day and send photos. Side gates, spiral staircases, low clearances and third floor walk ups are most of what we do. A coordinator will say honestly whether it can be done, and the quote reflects the real route rather than a guess.
Can you do it today?
Sometimes. We hold crews back for same day work. Call or text (877) 657-0555 rather than filling in the form, because a person can staff it faster than an inbox can.
